I was just catching up on the latest news about Brexit and us reclaiming control of our own territorial waters and I came across this latest bilge from a French fisherman he spouts ~

    * “There will be war. Let’s not hide it. There will be war."
    * “A no deal Brexit will already impact us hugely."
    * “And then we are going to have to share our French waters with foreigners as well.”

    Another fisherman said ~

    * "If there's a no deal it's going to be complicated because European boats won't have access to British waters anymore."
    * "So we're all going to find ourselves in the French strip – with all the Belgian, Dutch boats, the French, of course.
    * "There's never going to be enough room for everyone. And so the resources are going to be wiped out."

I just couldn't believe the tripe being handed out, we have to share ours to all but they will go to war if they have to share theirs, now that is hypocrisy

maybe they wont have to panic... we can catch the fish for them and sell it to their customers ...lol ...
They will not be able to just sail out 20 miles to catch their quota's but do as their ancestors did, go 300 miles to open waters!

It isn’t surprising that the French and Germans are blocking the deal. It’s more important to them to ‘punish’ the UK than it is to save the 700k EU jobs that are at risk in the event of no deal.
Those angry fishermen - plus the other 700k losing their jobs - will simply be taught that WE caused their strife by invoking Brexit.
In the meantime the UK will break itself apart - Jimmy Krankie will see to that.
Also in the meantime WOAC, it’s not only your RM which will have to be sourced differently, but your food, your car - in fact, everything that we consume that isn’t home made or grown in entirety (not just assembled here), or sourced from the few countries that we already have trade deals in place with.

Brexit: No-deal Navy threat 'irresponsible', says Tobias Ellwood
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-55286439

Now we are irresponsible and undignified for asking the Royal Navy to be prepared to patrol our own territorial waters to protect our fishing stocks against foreign interlopers, what do they think this has been all about, sovereignty don't they get it?

the Germans depend on the French for fish as do the Austrians ! The French depend on our waters for the fish because they have overfished their stocks to the point of extinction!
the Russians send massive factory ships to the north atlantic to highjack fish stocks ... this stops breeding or replacement of species [ gross over fishing ] in about 10 years or less they decimated the herring fishing off the Scottish NW coast it now non existent and 30 odd years ago was a thriving industry employing 000's... now the bays which housed the small fleets , sea loch's, are being put over to fish farms .. not employing 100's but 10's ....
The mackerel around our coast a diminuishing feature ... gone the days of going to Chesil and filling the freezer in 1 tide of mackerel ... a 100 peeps all coming home with a few ... now a few go home with a few ... should you be kucky!

Listening to Ed Milliband I can't believe Labour's position. Through his fake emotion he kept saying we need a deal.
    Who the f+ck doesn't.
He just criticised our government, the daft tw+t would sign anything.
The EU doesn't get our position, and it looks like a no deal.
We'll get through, yes with hiccups, but we will get through.
I for one won't forget Labour's pathetic and gutless stance on Europe.

I'm with you all of the way and I won't forget the gutless Liberals, the arrogant, selfish SDP, the idiotic Tory rebels, the tattered band of Greens, the damage this lot and Corbonist Labour done was monumental, gutless and twisted.

In my opinion, it is only common sense to say that as soon as the Brexit result was announced it would come with a no-deal break. The EU would never give into the UK on any issue of significant importance as that would further promote the cause of any other country thinking of doing the same as the UK.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the next few years.

I didn’t think Labour even HAD a stance on Europe in the last election.
Corbyn wouldn’t commit one way or another if I remember correctly - same as his behaviour for the referendum.

throughout the history of labour be it new old or any factional interpretation of it being labour the prime objective has always been spend spend spend and oppose everything that the party in power is trying to do . Starmer is a bit more subtle he agree's with it then a couple of weeks later when it has time to run its course and [ mostly covid] has not totally worked or there has been a hic cup tried to make a big issue on how wrong the .gov has been and they were opposed!
Now we have covid coming under control and at PMQ's COULD have given his 5 Q's on important current mattersgoes back 18 month's and has a go about Brexit .. but in true form [ as with Corbyn ] when asked "what is your stance what would you do ?" the subject or Q is passed over...….

don't know about the fish but these euro zone people are vicious …!!!!!!………………..

Borussia Dortmund have sacked Lucien Favre as manager in the wake of the 5-1 thrashing by Stuttgart.
The defeat, which was a third in five league games for Dortmund, left them fifth in the Bundesliga and five points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
However, 63-year-old Swiss Favre had led the club into the last 16 of this season's Champions League after they finished top of their group.

Dan Walker interviewed Sharma the cabinet minister this morning.
He kept saying YOUR government promised this, YOUR government promised that.
Doesn't he get it, like it or not, it's OUR government.
Why is the BBC so against OUR position ?

Walker doesn't work for or get paid by the EUBC.

The BBC needs to remember and act for the BRITISH broadcasting company.

The BBC's not been interested in the ordinary British citizen, hasn't been for years.......I actually think it should go independent now, especially when it likes to pull down those that fund them..

Rumours are starting that we're going to get a EU deal early next week.
Boris - don't you dare buckle.
