Their headline, not mine. I just cut n pasted. As the article author is from London and addrssing a Liverpool issue I'd say Scotland is, like in international football, insignificant.

Scotland figures are linked on the page, but with a different legal system it's maybe injudicious to compare and contrast. But if you feel Scotland is far worse than London then go ahead and post some details.
