Tamworth boss Dale Belford is keen to keep Nick Chadwick longer.....he is just the kind of goalscorer we need. Nick has scored 6 goals in 10 matches........he could score 15 goals a season for us. Belford said that Nick seems to be happy playing here,we need to speak to him and his agent....to see if we can work something out. Chadwick's time at Tamworth finishes in early January.
To be fair to Chadwick plym he is doing what he is supposed to do and scoring regularly at the moment. Reid was hardly prolific but is now coming good so who is to say Chadwick might not have done the same if he stayed here. We will never know the answer to that one so best of luck to him if it works out for him.
I think it is safe to say that "Chadders" would never have hit a barn door with a banjo had he remained at PAFC. I highly doubt that Tamworth will be paying much if any of his salary.
He may still be happy to either stay there or even, dare I say it, make the move permanent. He won't get a game here whatever he does there so he might as well.
