    ( A view from where I´m sitting)

If people would get off his back
And not give him near so much flak,
    Well then we might see
    How good he could be
    That´s Morison, of our attack

For whichever year, league or state
We´re in, there´s one fans love to hate,
    Sometimes justified
    But this is so wide
Of the mark, there´s not much to berate

To all those who call for his head
Don´t forget just how well he led,
    Our line early on
    Before Holt came strong
    As Paul Lambert yesterday said

To me, picking on one or two
Even if it comes just from a few,
    Defeats straight away
    Their chances to play
But then it´s not something that´s new

There is one thing that´s clear to see
That without his goals we would be,
    No longer up here
    In this lofty tier
So I thank him most gratefully

And yesterday´s was no tap in
    It had Szczesny again grapplin´,
    At total thin air
    To give us a share
Of the points, deserved for our scrappin´

So, to perfectly make an end
To this year and finally send,
    Us all on our way
    I hope he wíll play
A blinder on Sunday, my friends. OTBC

Have a great week all, and be thankful for what we´ve got,

    Yours,

Hi RBF, as usual you make a valid point! Morison has been unlucky of late until yesterday! His header against Wigan was an even better strike than yesterday's, it just happened to catch Al Habsi in World-class form!

If someone is having a lean spell of form, they need encouragement, not criticism, that NEVER works!

Have a great week-end sir, see you for the final predictions of the season!

    <cheers>

I´m afraid I´ve never understood the thinking behind it Dave, players expect it from opposition fans, but no-one should ever get abuse from their own supporters. Probably just me living in the past again.

Steve Morison is a good striker and will prove it before the end of the season

He's had a great first season, he's been patchy at times but there aren't many strikers that haven't. Fernando Torres, he ain't.

He needs a good PRE-season and he'll be flying for next season.
