WTF? We're driving up to Middlesbrough Town Hall tomorrow night to see the wonderful Unthanks for the millionth time. The support band is 'The Young Uns' who seem to be an interesting Boro Smog-based folk band. Anyone know owt about them?
I saw The Unthanks at Durham Cathedral singing this, Not far off seeing Gary Rowell scoring a hat trick at SJP
Excellent folk band. Not my cup of tea but my mate us in a folk group and he says the young uns are superb. Good at what they do (when I saw them) but I'm into my rock and the like.
