Just read this article about villa trying to sign a strike -check out the reference to a Sunderland player.

Aston Villa have offer for Genk striker Christian Benteke rejected
Aston Villa have failed with an offer for Genk striker Christian Benteke according to his agent.Villa are understood to have bid in the region of £5.5m for the Belgium international, 21.Asked about the offer, agent Eris Kismet said: "It's true. They are comparing him to Eden Hazard but he's only started one game for Belgium." An Aston Villa spokesman said there is "ongoing interest" in the player but would not comment on the offer.
Paul Lambert has admitted he is in the market for new strikers but ruled out moves for Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe and Sunderland's Kenwyne Jones last week. Did MON make a cheeky move for KJ without telling any of us.

The whole British media is in complete disaray after the phone hacking scandal and needs a radical overhaul. Our tabloids and substandard websites like the BBC (it must be uopdated monthly at best) are just not cutting it thesed ays. Its difficult to believe anything they write or comment upon and tbh, I read the Journal (bloke in the office buys it not me) only for local stuff/business section (which is excellent) and rely on the live 24/7 TV/radio mediums for my info as its bang up to date and relevant.

The BBC, Jack of all trades master of none.

Don't forget you're paying for all these TV stations, radio stations, websites etc.
That's why the obscene license fee keeps rising.

We should only be subsidising BBC1.
