Ward's getting torn apart by Djokovic. Djokovic won the first set 6-0, second set currently 3-2 (though Ward was 3-0 down).
Go tidy your shed or summat. Great tennis from Ward, but Djokovic wins the tie-break 7-3 to go 2-0 up.
Is this really you, or your missus? Question for you, do you support/enjoy tennis all year round or just for Wimbledon? I'm not taking the piss or owt with that, genuinely curious. I don't mind watching the men's finals but CBA with the earlier rounds.
I'm no big tennis fan, I only ever normally watch it when Wimbledon's on and even now I'm not really watching it, I've got on in the background in my office and I'm just posting updates for anyone's who's interested.
Kyrgios beats Stepanek 6-4 6-3 6-7 6-1. Kryios could meet Murray in the fourth round and he looked good.
Tennis is in a godawful state at the moment, Djokovic could win the French Open final at a canter and Williams is only really being challenged by Mugorova. I can't see Murray ever beating Djokovic again unless Djokovic has a debilitating injury, he is totally dominated by him and starts stropping and throwing the dummies out at any little excuse. Am surprised Lendl came back to Murray unless he picks up a healthy dividend for it which he most likely does, could see him smacking Murray one on the practice court if he got petulant
That's simply not true, Murray has beat Djokovic on ten occasions (out of 34), the last was only last month at the ATP World Tour Masters in Rome.
When it came down to it though at Roland Garros Djokovic absolutely battered him and I lost a lot of money to boot because of that very win you said, it's misleading. Murray had everything in his favour in France and still got battered.
Wildcard entry Tara Moore has just won her first ever grand slam 6-3 6-2 How long is it since there was a British woman through to the second round, decades?
As of this fortnight I do not exist to my wife, but to be fair she loves tennis and darts, don't ask me why, but its her thing, I mean I like history, art and music so I can't complain, oh and football, the 1960's/70's/80's type, todays stuff is just not on the radar.
It's an interesting story, he plays Federer on Centre Court today, he'll probably get tonked, but it seems he's a very popular character, so I might have a watch. please log in to view this image
Heard some rumours that Djokovic is carrying an ankle injury but saw no sign of it yesterday. I still would not back Murray against him ever again at a Slam
