So who is going this week and what day? Unfortunately I won't be going - came off my horse on Friday and have bruised my ribs and body so so am in bit of pain so my excuse my French is ****ed!! I was going l to plumpton tomorrow then cheltenham Tuesday! Oh well there's next year!
That sucks Wooly, hope you aren't too injured. Just Tuesday for me - not got enough holiday this year. Shocking.
I've been there wooly that hurts!!! My last sleep before the festival. I'm off first thing in the morning, been building my tolerance levels the last couple of days. I'm there Tuesday/Wednesday and maybe Thursday . My big hope for the week, the young master. Be lucky! Cheers!
I am off Tuesday and Wednesday to watch but finally made my mind up today that it will be in front of the TV only. I hope you all have a brilliant time and back some winners!
Tuesday only for me this year but have the week off to watch. In the Pipe tent through a mate who gets tickets. Pipe senior, Pipe junior and Tom Scu mark your card for the day which is useful cos anything they mention you can just put a line through. In 3 years I don't think they've ever given out a winner. And crikey cliches, they go through the whole range leaving no cliche stone unturned.
I'm just going to the Tuesday this week due to work commitments. Will a stream on the go at work for the other days though!
First time for me this year Thrusday and Friday not looking forward to the overcrowding but ill be pissed so not caring!
I am off the whole week, but im not going. I've been before and found it far to busy. Will probably spend the week backing and laying on Betfair
been so busy at work that Cheltenham seems to have come round too quick this year! anyway got to work tomorrow but trying to get my lunchbreak fitted around the Supreme and Arkle and then I will suddenly have to take a mid afternoon break for the Champion Hurdle... got Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday off work though! its funny but most people I work with have absolutely no idea about Cheltenham week but for a lot of us it is one of the highlights of the year!
I'm not sure I could cope with having to work without a tele during Cheltenham week, it would be torture
Wife and I doing small rearrangement to our little 'office' tomorrow morning, and feet up for five days and watch the lot on Channel 4 via Filmon. Bloody marvellous. Have a bit in the kitty this time but am going to be real chintzy with my bets; damn it the Festival is so difficult, for me anyway. Best of luck to you all, and hope you recover quickly, Wooly!
