been trying to think of players who have arrived at QPR and also left during the Fernades era, to see if a single one of them was a gem destroyed by the club, or whether we make players worse on a permanent basis. Very incomplete list, feel free to embellish. I am ignoring loans, that would be too depressing.

    Warnock players
Barton - doing the same as always a league lower
Shaun Wright Phillips - 12 games for New York Red Bulls
Bloody Luke Young - missing, as he was for 90% of his time with us
Jay Bothroyd - after playing in the Thai league scored 20 goals in 31 games for Jubilo Iwata in the mighty J- League last season
Anton Ferdinand - 12 games for Reading this season after a little holiday in Turkey

    Hughes players
Granero - played 43 games for Real Sociedad over 3 seasons, only 6 this season
Mbia - after 43 allegedly successful games for Sevilla now resides in the lucrative bin of Turkish football with Trabzonspor, 15 games this year.
Boswinga - 51 games for Trabzonspor since he slunk off
Cisse - retired after wandering around a bit not scoring many goals, finishing with Bastia
Cesar - let in 7 in a WC semi final, now at Benfica but only 6 games this season.
Park Ji Sung - retired whilst on loan to PSV Eindhoven
Bobby Zamora - knocking them in for Brighton
Andy Johnson - one League Cup appearance for Palace after limping out of Loftus Road

    Redknapp players
Remy - part time sub for Chelsea
Samba - apparently with Dinamo Moscow but not playing
    Jenas - retired lame
    Rio Ferdinand - retired lame
Richard Dunne - no club, enforced retirement
Danny Simpson - doing a basic job for Leicester when needed
Aaron Hughes - 10 games for Brighton now in Australia for Melbourne
Ben Haim - back at Tel Aviv
Gary O'Neil - occassionally getting a kick in the Prem for Norwich
Jordan Mutch - perma sub at Palace
McCarthy - so bad on his brief spell in the team at Palace, consigned to bench
Benayoun - at Haifa, sporting director in waiting

    My conclusions:

    1. I rank fairly high on the Rangers Til I Die Autistic spectrum
    2. What a load of cack. I mean seriously, WHAT A LOAD OF CACK!
    3. With the possible exception of Austin I foresee a similar career trajectory for most of our current squad, certainly the 'senior' professionals.

F**k me that's one hell of a depressing list of wasted money.......maybe it should be tweeted to Fernandes so he can look at it and see where his and his co-investors £250m has disappeared......

I know loans were not included but the one simply known as BAE deserves some form of recognition as being on the Boswinga scale of f**kwit signings...

    Shocking waste of money.....

Austin aside, name one player you'd be sorry to see go. No, I couldn't either...

To be fair Stan I think M'Bia captained Sevilla to the Europa League title....or did I dream that? Not too shabby if he did.

Also, Danny Simpson apart from being a lowlife is an integral part of the Leicester squad that until last night were the Premier League leaders. Again not too shabby in my book.

The rest, well yes all a bit meh, although you've notably ignored some of Warnocks key signings.....Clint Hill and Shaun Derry for instance.

Fair shout re Mbia, my Leicester supporting mates groan when Simpson is mentioned, he's very much a last resort for them.

I was only looking at the Fernandes 'money no object' era, Warnocks decent Championship level signings came before then. Hence no Dirty Neck Campbell, Danny Gabbidon etc. And Taarabt for that matter.

Weren't Gabbidon and Campbell were signed post Championship winning side by Warnock to replace Connolly/Gorkss and HH? They really worked out well also!!!!!!

Have to say that some of Kneecaps loans still make me cringe.....Will Keane, Maiga, Zareta all spring to mind.....

I don't think we got more than we paid for them for a single one of them, and most we let go.

But we still have Mandy Traore, so that's alright.

Was tempted to use him for 'p' in the highest goal scorers quiz but thought no one would remember him. 1 bounced off the bar at Wigan was his QPR highlight. Tall Brazilian and useless. Whatever happened to him?

    Stan,

That list is either frightening or extremely funny!

Today, I'm not sure which of those I lean towards!

Aaron Hughes - made one appearance this year for Melbourne City.

Oguchi Onyewu - 3 appearances for Charlton this season.

Taye Taiwo - 11 appearances for HJK Helsinki ( Loan but worth a mention. )

Javier Chevanton - 10 appearances and 3 goals for Liverpool Montevideo ( Short term deal. )

    Ryan Nelsen - Retired

Paddy Kenny - 0 appearances for Bury

Bloody hell !!! This is seriously getting chuffing depressing now!

Taye Taiwo is one who should have stayed, it could have been so different actually owning a left back.

    Our sort of player.

Sorry! Wasn't meant to, but a nifty example of how not to invest in livestock, should you ever ponder retiring to a small holding in Wiltshire.

In Charlie's injury absence, Ravel Morrison scored the goals that secured our place in the playoffs.

I wouldn't mind seeing another individualistic skilful player, akin to Taarabt or Morrison, added to the squad in January.

Conclusion - You have too much time on your hands 'sb' ............... but well done on the list.
I thank you, my local bottle shop thanks you ............ even my liver thanks you .................... for justifying my need for the demon drink.
If you think you support QPR but don't drink, let me tell you your not 100% committed to the club, hic!
