    Came up for the match with son and Baggie mate in tow. Our usual cunning plan worked again (lure them into a false sense of insecurity, then: BANG! we let them score). But the best bit was a Minchella's ice cream on Shields beach the Sunday morning! Magic.

    Bardo's screamer was a bit tasty as well, like...

    Minchella's...
    I went there before the match when I went to see us lose to Spurs in February... It made the day great...

    That Bardo goal should have been enough to galvanise any team on to victory, was that little bit magic we have been looking for.

    Aye, but we fell to pieces in the second half, for reasons that still elude me. And elude Steve Bruce from the look of things...

    Maybe Bruce would have been better off saying **** all at half time. Lets be honest whatever he did say didn't work.
