jose Morinho was emplyed by Bobby Robson as an interpretor. Did fook all as a player but studied under the best coaches and then went solo. A good manager needs to demand respect. every player calls him Gareth when interviewed not boss or gaffer, so no respect as hes a mate from U21 days. We should have hit double figures against that lot, but they are taught to tippy tap ghere way through and keep posetion, which is fine against Brazil or Germany. But Iceland and Malta are different and want to defend so you need to go around and through them with pacey wingers sending balls into a big battering ram Andy Carroll type forward. Play a 4-4-2 use Sunday league long ball against these minnows if thats what it takes. What is the use in 75% posetion if you do fook all with it. Posetion is key against top sides as it reduces the chances of them scoring but when the team your playing have no attacking plan on ghe pitch .....

 

If it's good enough for Eire and the rest of the Leeds Irish fanbase - it's good enough for me
