I am wondering if the Allams will say they have a "yes" vote majority in order to give themselves a way of continuing the ownership. Question is will they then back down on taking legal action. A "no" vote would mean if they were true to their word they would put the club up for sale immediately. Would that then mean the legal challenge would not happen?.

I still have doubts as to whether the vote is being done properly or if we can truly believe the outcome we will be presented with is the true one.

Any legal challenge they may bring, will be laughed out of court. If for once, they stick to their word, and put the club up for sale, then any buyer would need a lot of cash. The point you make about a legal challenge is an interesting one. As you say, they have promised to walk away/sell,in 24 hours, what would be the point in taking the FA to court ?

They've already backed down from selling the club instead opting to threaten to run the club solely for the benefit of the shareholders if the vote goes against them.

How do you know many people have been bullied into voting yes ? Most people I talk to say the bullying has made them vote no

Kempton, are you walking around and seeing whats been going on over the last year? Frankly I despair at your posts because you fail to see the threats and blackmail these two herberts have been making. It is splitting the supporters like never before. The ballot is supposed to be secret but the details asked for are a bloody joke. The questions are loaded and it should have been organised by a separate company. And quite why they had it now as it is too late to give to the FA in readiness for the 9th vote puts a massive question mark over it. CTWD asked for a ballot last November but they stated that it wasn't necessary. If you cant see what they are up to then Im sorry you mutst be blinkered.

Yes and the main problem is that the vote is in April. I wish the FA had made a decision much earlier.

Just read this, and until i went back and read my own post i was thinking, wtf is this twat on about ? I drank more ale than Brady on a bender yesterday, and that might explain why i misinterpreted Beverly Tigers post. Confused ? I was...

Just so you understand... I agree 100% with all you've said.... I'm a proud member of CTWD <ok>

Then I apologise profusely Kempton. I thought you were staunch CTWD and that's why it didn't make sense. Very sorry and completely withdrawn!

This petulant bullying, veiled threats and unwritten intimidation is nauseating,

Redolent of some of the worst aspects of Martin Fish and David Lloyd- men whose response to questioning of their motives and decisions, was peevish indignation and aggression as they sought to try and assert their 'leadership' in a bullying fashion.

    Well it won't work.

If there is one set of suuporters who won't be bullied it's ours - we've seen it all before and know the score.

Dead fish heads, tennis balls, sit down protests - you cannot bully us, it won't work.

'Someone' seems to think he can treat his customers as if they were suppliers, and that they should be bullied and told what to think.

Wrong, wrong, wrong- all day long.

'Someone' needs to learn some humility and listen to his customers instead of surrounding himself with a coterie of simpering sycophants who echo his words for fear of being kicked off the gravy train.

Also why isn't Allam Marine rebranded as Tiger Marine if the Tiger name is such an investment magnet???????

Globally 'Allam' is 'irrelevant' and 'lousy'.

Excellent point, well made, about Tiger Marine.
Get on sportstalk tomorrow and let Gwilyum belittle this excellent suggestion with added help from Somebody Murdoch and Richard RL Tingle.
