cant really say a lot but recued from a 3 day delay ….. router screwed up Christmas eve /early hours Christmas day and getting through to get it sorted was a nightmare … found an old phone number ….. phoned ...got reply … listened to my tale of woe … collected a box, not new one by any means … plugged it in and hey ho ….. 20 mins to kick off..... and back on A merry Christmas and prosperous New year to ALL good Samaritans out there however small an act of kindness you do have done THANKYOU
Have you sent Canada the router bug because ours went down 2 days prior to the big day and we can't get a replacement until next Tuesday. However next year promises to be better in everything except the lousy programming that it pumps out. Happy New Year.
I had some work done over a year /18 months ago, had a replacement router but they did not take away the old one not compatible / out of date. i was supposed to send it back! ...didn't a chap called and asked "have you sent the router back, we have no record" … I said no but couldn't find it, have been in hospital …heres my phone number ring me when you have … just how fortunate is that … will admit it is not that good though have reset it twice!!!! but beggars cant be chosers …. had the tele go, well satellite box took me 3 hours to sort that … then had a set of magnifying glasses for Christmas!!!!! a day or so to late ….. keep safe preparing to go into teir 4 ………….
