But since you're asking I'd go for:

    GK Neuer (FCB)

    RB Iraola (Bilbao)

    CB Sakho (PSG)

    CM Schweinsteiger (FCB)

    AM Ozil (Real)

    CF Falcao (Atl Madrid)

    ...for starters.

We now have a chance to build and cannot possibly expect the stay up comfortably with the same team. New GK, CB, pacey winger and a creative midfielder who can score 5-8 goals. Assuming we get Taiwo and Diakite and Faurlin comes back 100%.

Moses and Hoilett fit the bill perfectly.

I would have said that the last thing this club needs is another clearout of players, except it is going to happen naturally with so many squad players out of contract. Iknow TF and MH will have prepared a list of players in advance. I hope we can get our business done quickly so that our squad and management can have a full pre-season together. I really think this is vital.
Can see at least 10 of our squad players leaving in the coming days and hopefully SWP and Barton too.

We need to buy a mixture of 3-4 experienced players who can fit into the first team immediately, new GK, new CB, new ACM, new RM
and a number of young players for the future who will fill our squad and get some games. new young RB, new young CM, new young LM.

Also think its important that MH buys players who are versatile and who can play in various formations. A couple of times this year we simply did not have the players to play certain formations.

I would imagine Taiwo and Diakite to be the first signings we make.

I know tf, Amit, mh and Phil beard did sit down to talk about transfers and there was a story a couple of weeks ago that said TF had told mh he can have junior hoilett if we stayed up.

I'd imagine hughes will want at least another 5-6 players, possibly more considering we are likely to need 2 keepers.

We need another quality CB, an attacking mid, a couple of wingers and another quality striker.

My personal choice would be foster/Speroni for keepers. I'd see what we could do to get chris samba back from Russia as he was desperate to join us. Hoilett and Moses would be my choice on wingers. I'd see how much fulham want for Dempsey and go for someone like Jordan Rhodes up front.

But in happy for all the players we buy to be unknowns if they all turn out to be like Diakite.

But I'm confident that we will push on and never look back now.

Lets get young Sterling back from Liverpool, should never have let him go in the first place. Junior Hoilett, get Samba back in the prem, Shay Given in goal, maybe Yakubu but not totally sure about that.

    for me
i would get rid of SWP and Barton (and from what i heard on the radio last night MH may off load Joey as he does not fit QPR image).
i would also get rid off all that dead wood like Vine, Aggy and co and basically get the new players in asap so they can gel quickly.
Hoilett and Yakubu would be a good start.

We cant have a massive overhaul.....that would be detrimental.

All the out of the out of contract players will go, which are deadwood anyway (Vine etc.)

There are about 3-5 players we need to sign (Diakite and Taiwo will be 2 of them) and then a new GK, a new defensive and a creative midfielder and maybe a new winger.....id like Traore to play more on the left wing as I think he's great!

Not sure we need anymore strikers? Cisse will score our goals next season.

So, on this topic I've seen Yakubu, Given, Foster and Dempsey all mentioned. All great footballers but they typify the type of player coming toward the end of their career that we are already stuffed to the gunnels with (average age of the squad was around 30 under Warnock). Having survived (just!) we now need to build a younger team for the future not continue with the old pro gravy train. I'm confident Hughes will do exactly that.

There are lots of players that need to go now.

A few of the following will not be at Loftus Road next season.

    Fitz Hall
    Danny Gabbidon
    Kieron Dyer
    Jay Bothroyd
    Bruno Perone
    Matthew Connolly
    Joey Barton
    Rob Hulse
    Brian Murphy
    Peter Ramage
    Danny ****tu
    Michael Doughty

Not all will go, it depends on who is brought in.

    Definitely for the chop:

    Patrick Agyemang
    Troy Hewitt
    Lee Cook
    Gary Borrowdale
    Rowan Vine

New contracts for Mackie / Hill / Helgusson & DJC

    We sign Diakite & TT

We've already got Cisse & Zamora

    Taraarrarararabat Faurlin stay put

Traore Young Anton all good enough

    Derry to become Asst Manager

Get rid of Bothroyd / Barton / One Size / SWP / Perone????

Connolly will be back today unless the False Hoops are in for him on a perm deal??

Once the above sorted then start looking at strengthening. Really can see Cisse demolishing teams next season
