*** default ipswich response of 'stop banging on about history' *** amazing evening - so pleased i was there to witness it
apparently, because we mention something that happened within the past year, thats banging on about history. however, mentioning something that happened two or three generations ago is fine
Supers, I think you'll find it was your lot who started that nonsense because you didn't have any history to bang on about. The question is, where do you draw the line?
i think ancient history is totally different to something that happened in the past 12 months. for example, i am in my 30s but wasn't alive when ipswich won anything. thats a long time... and as i've stated many times before, because i never witnessed you win anything, it means literally nothing to me. i'm not trying to dismiss what ipswich achieved, its just how it is - completely and utterly irrelevant to many, many fans. thats why it gets boring - i'm sure its lovely to look back on it but say the boot were on the other foot and norwich won stuff before i was born, there is no way i would bang on about it all the time as it means nothing now
are you watching the same video as me? its piss poor yorkie... oh, and a complete rip off attempt at ours 12 months prior
jeez someone got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning! I doubt it had Johnny Wark in it Link to yours?
Just seen an image of your new kit hampy, not bad actually apart from it's blue and has a donkey on the front P.S. What's the red piping all about ?
Red was in most of our kits in the 80s and 90s (and obviously the crest), I don't know why it disappeared for a decade.
much nicer kit than you had this season yorkie, which looked like an amalgamation of your previous two kits!
I think the joke's on you a little there. Apart from there being a tractor in the background and a football there's not any similarity. Yours is dull by comparison - and no John Wark
Miles better, I didn't purchase this season's kit - it WAS LITERALLY an amalgamation of the previous two kits. I can only assume they had material left over. I like the long shorts, always a winner.
