With saturday's game looming it has to be poxford, I lived in Germany(RAF) between 1988 and 1993 got back for the trophie final so missed most of the early col u stuff i did go to the cup game in the eighties and as for the franchise need I say any more, hoping to be looking forward to reviving my hatered of them and the scum next season
I'll never forget the age-old classic football song, 'Colchester, **** **** ****, Colchester, **** **** ****.' Seriously though, I find it hard to hate the Dons as they're not really a football club. I don't like them like I don't like, say, ravioli, but we're talking about football teams and they are not one. Oxford are just quite funny, it's hilarious how much more successful we have been in recent years when you at their history, size of city and size of following compared to ours. Col U on the other hands, well, their fans are bully boys. A big gang of them chased me and a couple of others through the streets of Colchester when we were about 12. I've never forgotten that, we weren't causing trouble, we were just 12 year olds being 12 year olds. I hope for their sakes I never run into them again, I'm a big boy now and I wouldn't run away. I don't condone any form of hooliganism but bullying's a bit different. I hate Col U.
