Adult Replica shirts £20...! Why the **** are they naming it the 'They won't be a tenner next week sale' when they aren't a tenner anyway!?

 

where abouts is this? i cant even see it mentioned?

 

If i pay £20 for one now, and it ends up being a tenner next week (or any week after) i'll be fuming...!

Yes i gathered that but on tiger leisure i cant even see anything for £20 let alone £10?

 

The sale doesn't start until 6pm.

I think what it actually means is that there will be only one reduction in the price to £20 for replica shirts (unlike previous years when there were multiple reductions). It does say that the price will not be £10 next week or any week thereafter.

Possibly a misleading headline though

 

Because usually in the last 4 weeks of the season the club sells all kits/training wear for £10.

They called the sale that to stop people waiting to get them cheap right at the end of the season when this is the cheapest that they are going to get.

 

Just realised that aye. Think they're just scaremongering people into buying them though by saying 'when it's gone it's gone'. I can't remember them selling out that fast even when they were a tenner in previous seasons.

Just realised that now, hadn't read the article, so the title was a little misleading, i took it to mean that the shirts would be a tenner for this week only haha

 

Exactly. And now they can't go back on their word and knock them down to a tenner if they don't sell out (which i very much doubt they will).
