Queens Park Rangers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has told West London Sport that Alex Smithies has been ‘absolutely magnificent’ for Aston Villa since he took charge.

Hasselbaink made Smithies is number one choice in goal soon after taking over at Loftus Road, but he was left on the bench for QPR’s latest match.
Come on Jimmy....if he was that magnificent they wouldn't be anchored to the bottom, conceding the most goals in the Prem

    All wrong!

Every other news outlet reported Joe Lumley on the bench - so Alex Smithies wasn't on the bench or otherwise - for QPR - or Aston Villa!

If you have read much of John Verrall's stuff you'll appreciate that he is a bit of a tool.
