that is a clear breech of FFP rules, no deals related to any family member organization will be accepted i know those rich gulf owners, we had some project with them, they care less about money and will try their luck thinking they can get away with everything bcz of their untouchable statue whether in Qatar or UAE, but they all the time hit with reality here the real worry is not that, but the fact that FFP are sued by the lawyer that bring in the Bosman ruling, he is suggesting there are better methods of punishment and assurance of owners commitment, UEFA will do nothing serious (a real ban) till a decision is made by the court of arbitration in a year or two or the vitim clubs may claim one of biggest compensation in the history of UEFA, if anything this move will force UEFA to delay any tough punishment till the verdict is confirmed
