STOKE CITY will be another step closer to discovering their European fate when the UEFA Europa League Third Qualifying Round draw is made tomorrow.

The Potters knew that they were seeded at this stage so would avoid the likes of Atletico Madrid, Palermo and AZ Alkmaar when the draw is made in Nyon in Switzerland tomorrow lunchtime.

However, the participating teams have now been split into further groups with the Potters in Group 6 along the likes of Hearts and Sparta Prague.

City will now face either Hajduk Split of Croatia, Irish outfit Sligo Rovers or one of the winners of three Second Qualifying Round games between Paksi SE (Hungary) & Tromso IL (Norway), AC Juvenes-Dogona (San Marino) & FK Robotnicki (Macedonia) and Orebro SK (Sweden) & FK Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovia).

If we do draw a Second Qualifying round winner, the exact opponents won't become clear until 21st July when the second legs of their games are played out.

This will at least mean the Club can scout the potential opposition in person ahead of our games on Thursday 28th July and Thursday 4th August. First legs of the Second Qualifying Round take place tonight.

The Club hope to announce travel details and ticketing information tomorrow evening.

    * Fans can watch the draw being made live on UEFA's website from 12.30pm tomorrow.
