I think the question is different for different players. First, let's forget Paulo da Silva - he's a good player who found he didn't like the hustle and bustle of the EPL, and, in fairness, no one could have foreseen that. But, if I was Ellis, I'd be asking why Riveros, Kilgallon and Angeleri haven't had a chance to show what they can do. If we put them in from now till the end of the season - and what have we got to lose? - and they didn't show much, I'd sell them. But to write them off without even trying them out is pure nonsense. I'd also be asking the fans why they're getting on the backs of Muntari and Sess so quickly. They've hardly been here five minutes yet, and people are writing them off. I don't think that's fair at all - especially as Gyan has been saying for weeks now that Muntari is being played in the wrong position. Mensah and Welbeck haven't been bought.
Cutey, I agree with your points especially about Riveros, Kilgallon and Angeleri...... is there something going on behind the scenes?...... these guys have not been properly "blooded"....... I'm sure that even Mr Short with his limited understanding of the game will be able to see that...........would love to know the real reason..........
