I was In Howick for a weekend when one of the ridings was on. One of the locals said it was to celebrate driving the English bastards back.

 

I've only been once but sampled the toffee (couldn't miss that), beautiful little place and plenty of choice for pubs/restaurants

 

Someone on the RTG said this morning that the delay is purely due to being down the pecking order at the EFL

 

I said a while ago, on here or my twitter I think that I would expect to see Dobson and Graham moved on. Dobson has and I think they are offering different figures to Graham. Be up to him if he takes it. Grigg will also be another , against though, depends on the wage contribution. They defo want a few out to get a couple in though

 

I've tried the carolina reaper, and ghost chilli stuff from Iceland, mainly the chicken chunks and strips....found them a bit underwhelming tbh. The curry versions are nice and hot though.
Morrisons do a nice phal as well.

 

Still 8 days on the window. Expecting things to heat up this week irrelevant of takeover situation

 

I take it you have not heard that we have bid for Naisbet then like @Magnus had alluded to earlier in the window?

 

Aye mate I've done the fiery phall and the atomic vindaloo. The best thing I've had so far is the Iceland Carolina reaper steak pies, lush pastry and filling, very hot but not unbearable, a bit nervous about these sausages though......might put it off until tomorrow.....lol.

I was waiting for the punchline Vince (Beamish Hall, Harperley Hall etc ) but you are right there are many in a small area.

 

If we are going down the Chilli route, I grew 6 of these plants last year, apparently 2nd year they fruit even more, slightly hotter than jalapenos, but so crunchy and great with cream cheese. In all honesty I’ve got no idea where my extended family live. I originally lived in Herrington and there was a Hall family living at the top of my street but we weren’t related.

 

It’s the day after you should be worried about. I had some reaper pigs in blanket and I suffered.

 

You know what the scientists say EJK, any European alive 1000 years ago who had offspring is related to every European that has lived since and our common ancestor is King Charlemagne.
So if the other Halls of Herrington were wealthy you are related to them, if they are not wealthy disown them
