    All serene on the surface, but a lot of action going on underneath.

    No sign of any real activity from either the owners nor the manager, but I'm sure there's an awful lot going on.

    I am of course talking about the principle here, and this is the Cardiff board - very quiet times.

    Don't know if I've got the right guy, but isn't he a bit of a midfield general - always on the go, controlling things and calling the shots.
