Aside from a good deal of expensive yet astute signings made at Chelsea this summer, there is a whole other story of activities that have gone on at the club over the summer period: 1. The whole playing staff recreated the film summer holiday to build team morale after the AVB reign caused some divides in the squad......Good to see that Bus has come in for further use over the summer. 2. RDM and RA are said to be looking for a new left back, suspecting Ashley Cole will not be half the player he has been in the past after melting in the recent heatwave. 3. The Chelsea board introduce a two syllable policy on all future signings, after the failures of players such as shevchenko, malouda and Bosingwa. RA was quoted as saying, ' in the future we want more Drogbas, lampards, Terrys and Matas......Even after a cracking season, Ramires future is now in doubt. 4. The source of the Ferdinand/Terrys feud has been established, and later in the year we can expect a return to the crown court to establish just whose chocolate orange it was. 5. Several players on the Chelseas squad sufferred severe muscle cramping from having to remain on the team bus for Ten hours whilst driving around looking for a hotel that would accept Cechs. Alot of this has been missed due to your business in the transfer market, just wanted to keep you updated.
