    Would agree with what he said mistakes were made by all concerned Managers and Board and it has gotten to the stage where it was change or get worse.

    Couldn't agree with him more. Nice to see a chairman who is actually a fan as well, not a glory grabbing moneybags from a foreign country. I also like the talk about the next five years or so. Doesn't seem like he's going anywhere soon.
    Am I wrong in feeling slightly positive? God knows I've felt this way many times before at the beginning of a season!
