I ****in loves me some statistics. As a member of this board for about a year, I have noticed one particular theme come up time and time again. That is the widely-held belief amongst Cardiff City fans that Swansea City fans are somehow obsessed with the Bluebirds. Some put this down to an inferiority complex. Some say they are just immature idiots. Such claims are difficult to quantify. But what is possible, and what I have done (thanks to having three classes cancelled today) is analyse both the Cardiff board and Swansea board to compare postings. The rationale behind this analysis was to discover how often members were posting on the opposition board. I decided to look at the most recent 20 threads on both boards. Exclusions include threads that are 'sticky', and the word association thread (cos it's so bloody long). I will just present the stats, and let you come to your own conclusions. Total number of Bluebirds board posts analysed: 502 (20 threads) Number of posts on the Bluebirds board by Swans: 74 Average number of posts per Bluebirds thread by Swans: 3.7 Percentage of Swans posts on Bluebirds threads: 14.7% Total number of Swans board posts analysed: 772 (20 threads) Number of posts on the Swans board by Bluebirds: 15 Average number of posts per Swans thread by Bluebirds: 0.75 Percentage of Bluebirds posts on Swans threads: 1.94% To put it another way, Swans are 7.5 times more likely to post on a Bluebirds thread than the reverse. Discuss!

TBH I think you have gotten away lightly with the amount of ammo you have given us lately to take the piss out of you. If the roles were reversed Cardiff posters would be all over the Swans board like a rash - and you all know it At the moment you're all too embarrassed to post on the Swans board - you all know that too Plus dont forget JH was the top poster on the swans board for 3 months running

Since I came across this on the Board of the only Welsh Football Club in The Premier League,I feel able to post a comment. I don't post directly on the cardiff board anymore,so I am not a statistic in this pointless,nonsensical thread. First observation is that the OP needs to find himself some gainful employment. Now to the statistics,well you can produce them to prove/disprove any point you are trying to make. The OP has carefully selected 20 threads,which cover a period where aber and hughs are not able to post on The Premier League Clubs Board,and the Malaysian pantomome season is in full swing. Clearly the above events have a serious impact on the figures produced. The object of the OP is to somehow elevate the low level of World Wide interest in his club,and to diminish the status of the only Welsh Team in The Premier League. Now I can see what his motivation is,and there is nothing wrong with that pursuit,although the outside World is clearly disinterested in his club. If the OP were to go back in the annals of time,and produce figures for say,six months,or even longer,then a more representative set of figures could be produced. He clearly has time on his hands,so go for it.

Cardiff posters use to be all over our boards shooting there mouths off about " Little " Swansea never being good enough to make the Premier & only Cardiff with the ambition to make it .
