We all know that not for the first time Celtic and Neil Lennon in particular suffered, at Ibrox as a result of liars involved in the officiating of our game between Rangers and us. Brines who was in one of the assistant positions clearly lied in his report on N.Lennon's words with the referee in the tunnel at half time. The referee reported differently and Neil had other people who could back up his story. The SPL disciplinary team agreed with Neil and the referee. Unfortunately for Neil, Rangers were unable to guarantee his safety anywhere in the public areas of the stadium and for the first time in the history of the SPL a manager had to sit downstairs in a room. The SPL and SFA insists on respect and trust for their officials. Of course they are right, but surely SPl and SFA must also display honesty and trust towards teams and management. The SPL did not show much respect for Celtic on N.Lennon when they appointed Brines to referee yesterdays match. They knew Brines had lied to punish Celtic and Lennon within the last month but they confronted Celtic again by this cheat. Of course he proved in he match that he is totally unfit to referee any football match. How much of his wrong doing is inability and how much is his hatred of Celtic.
Not taking the piss but celtic were prety poor yesterday, and there was not much for Brines to get wrong.
jrep. Two points. because it was found out that that bastard Brines lied to try to get Lennon punished a month ago he should now be refereeing teams that Rangers should be playing next season. He refused to give Celtic a penalty which was much more clear cut than the decision given to Hearts against Celtic that initiated the trouble that Neil got in for next match. A retile wouldn't understand. You were not at the match yesterday and it was on to early for you to see it. So obviously you know nothing about Brines criminal, allowing Hearts tackles and fouls go unpenalise. Brines made an easy match difficult but sure we have won another title. All ours have been untainted Few of the bears were.
That's the spl not making the decision until May 30th , but why did nobody represent Rangers at that meeting today ???
lol i see the delayed the vote again citing not enough information. **** knows how long it will take them to vote on a newco because its going to take months maybe years to sort that out. Why is this vote so hard it was there proposals for FFS. I wonder if the hold up is these proposals go against UEFA Financial fair play rules?
All Rangers problems disappeared this afternoon , in their money spinning bigot fest with Linfield , the Rangers won 2-0
Harry a major shift has occurred in the thousands of Rangers fans that come from loyalist areas all over the wee six. Up until near the end of last week busses were been hired from everyone ut as the news came through about Bill Miller (whose father is a big Celtic supporter) buses were cancelled and a paltry 6 odd thousand attended. About one third of what was previously expected. Only in the wee six fans of both teams lined up to march to the stadium. Difficult to know who was supporting who, but at least they all had one thing in common singing hate-filled chants about an Irish man that they would prefer if he was dead. Poor Neil suffers even when he is no where near them.
