Silva said that Snodgrass refused to speak with him or the chairman!
Pretty disappointing but i guess they leave things down to the agents mostly.
Clearly he wants to go so lets hope we can get it done ASAP so we have more money available for new recruits. Silva said, "once its done, we can get players in"

MS also mentioned there had been no bids for Abel.

The way the club handled the contract extensions I don't blame him.

Ehab didn't meet with Snodgrass or his agent, he just emailed him a new contract (which he thought was a **** offer), it's no wonder he got the hump.

Also he didn't seem too happy when they took the option for the extra year on his contract without telling him.

The way the club looked after him when he never kicked a ball for a full season, I do.

Read this morning that WHAM deal for Snodgrass might be delayed until they sort out what they are getting for Payet. If this holds up us getting in replacements will be irritating. But then West Ham have a habit of being irritating.

I'm not on the Snodgrass side here, just refusing to play/train shows bad attitude, and that's not something there used to be as much of. It's not so much whether he likes Ehab (who does?), it's about respect for everyone else.

He had a contract. The Allams would have jumped at the chance to **** him off.

Unfortunately, if a player wants out - and let's wake up and smell the bacon, player power rules in the modern game - you'd better get the best deal you can and pack him off.

On the one hand Snodgrass' behaviour does seem selfish but on the other Ehab's is worse - he can't communicate.. Silva isn't a native english speaker and he communicates better than Polo Boy

I'm less concerned as from what I've seen Silva is capable of moulding the players we have and the impressive ones he's brought in.. yes they are very good loans..

He's got Huddlestone playing like the Messiah on Red bull..

We have a great set of players, good luck to them and Marco and taxi for Ehaw..

Seem to remember at the time of the injury, 10 mins in QPR away, first game of the season, I was there, that Snodgrass had undertaken some sort of surgery on the same knee during the summer which he and Norwich kept quiet about ?

You wouldn't handle a contractual discussion with any employee, at any level or salary, like that !

They had a duty of care responsibility, as employees, to make sure Jake got the correct help in relation to his mental health problems.

The club did this & I commended them for it at the time when many others reacted in a cheap & pathetic manner.
