After all the gloating about United 's demise, the RS fans have seen their team gradually move from a second place to 11th. They are actually nearer the relegation zone- 5 points than to the top - 15 points...<laugh>

ALL their hopes are now invested in only one player returning to save them. Back from injury will he turn their season round? He is simply not good enough. And they seem to have completely lost faith in Brenda - someone they said was as good as Paisley and shankly <laugh>

Just a few options that the bookies are offering lesser odds than Brenda turning it around

    1. World war II Lancaster found on Mars
    2. Page Moss Krappite becomes an Everton season ticket holder, nailing his Anfield season ticket to a tree in Stanley Park
    3. The Pope decrees group sex is good for the soul
    4. Man City get a sell out at the council house for 4 games running
    5. Liverpool manage a draw, so Krappite goes back to the park to discover someone has stolen the nail

You saying they are not, but they spend big in the summer, they must be still top 3, RAWK said they have all the best players.

Marvellous Brenda, the YSB's champion of the bargain buy spent 120 mill on what the dippers claimed in August to be super smooth deals, are now facing the reality of shopping at the the pound and charity shops.

So Shteve was spot on with his comment

Yeah slightly as of this weekend. <laugh>

Really, don't go there until you've won a few games on the trot and are further up the table.

As someone who grew up with Liverpool and then United dominating, refreshing to see you guys argue about which side is the slightly less **** than the other ;)

To many the manoeuverings of Brenda resemble a soap opera. Save these players for this match and others for that match. All seem like arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.Because the ultimate outcome is defeat. Most sensible fans would have wondered why he actually bothered.

Judging by the thousands of posts on their board praying for the return of Sturridge to save the club, you would have thought he was The Rat mark II. Which gives new meaning to the term delusion.

I sort of agree with this, Sturridge was so effective because of Suarez and to some dgree that worked both ways. When Studge comes back in he'll be marked tightly because he's our only threat. Some think that Balotelli will be more of a threat alongside Studge but I'll wait and see on that one as I think Balotelli is just crap and even if he played alongside Suarez he'd be crap.

Not really. United were still a top 3 side then and Liverpool were a top 4/5 side, in the C.L and would go on to win it that year.

United not in Europe and both teams in the mid table range ATM. When was the last time that happened? Can't remember it in my life time.
