Ask a Pharmacist - it'll be cheaper...........and you won't need to make an appointment.
If you had been given a very generous pay rise of 28.9% last year, would you be greedy enough to demand another rise of 22% this year ?
I understand that GPs have certain skills, and can justify a pay scale higher than a road sweeper ((( when was the last time you saw one of them ? ))) - but - the junior doctors going on strike this week aren't even 'qualified' GPs - they're still in training.......... The simple fact is that they are being greedy and expecting the Labour Government to give them anything they want - a bit like the train drivers last year...........and, of course, every bloody illegal immigrant !
The irony is that your local Pharmacist is probably almost as 'qualified,' as any junior doctor, to diagnose and treat your ailments - and you won't have to make an appointment 4 weeks in advance.
28.9% + 22% .....it's enough to make me sick --- and I won't even be able to get to see a doctor for any amount of money !
