Of the above signings so far who had the idea to get then? Who had the influence, was it the manager, assistant manager or chief executive, or even chairman?

Nkp and Vincent are Mellon's for sure, but is Collins his idea or someone at the club? Halstead much have been Williams' idea to start with.
