Many of us have scratched our heads at Lamberts team selections of late, but i think ive finally realised the true driving force behind the man we all know so little about. Paul Lambert hates Norwich. The evidence is clear to see. Firstly he's Scottish. Norwich is in England. The Scottish have a history of conflict with England. Whats to say that when Paul Lambert goes to sleep at night he isn't haunted by memories of the Battle of Flodden Field? I think it clear to see that he is. He has infiltrated a proud English institution and is trying to take it down from within. How else do you explain his obsessive desire to not admit safety for the club, and lack of fanfare when the unavoidable has finally happened? When linked to the Aston Villa job he quickly dismissed it, but he doesnt seem so keen to distance himself from the military campaign of James IV, King of Scots. Not a peep out of him about his lack of interest in the ravaging armies of Robert the Bruce. And when his cover was nearly blown with a link to Celtic, he quickly diverted attention away by bankrupting Rangers, sacrificing them for the greater mission. And where did he train as a manager? Why Germany of course, that old nemesis of the English. He couldn't be more blatant about his intentions if he'd gone and joined a training camp in Pakistan for christsake! And so we come to yesterdays game. Liverpool. Liverpool the 'team of the Macs.' Commanded by a fearsome Scottish Tyrant. Lambert said to the press that Liverpool have a great history. Thats right HISTORY! the same history that saw Liverpool start out as a mostly Scottish club. The very same history that contains the humiliating defeat of the Battle of Pinkie Cleugh, surely responsible for Lambert's constant foul mood. So what does he do? He fields a weakened side. He invites them in to crush us. And when it isn't working, he brings on his Scottish sleeper cell to disrupt from within, Martin. He uses a TROJAN HORSE! Gate opened, and the invaders pour in. Almost a carbon copy of Walter fitz Gilbert of Cadzow's traitorous surrendering of Bothwell Castle to Robert the Bruce. And how handsomely his betrayal is rewarded with Scotland international call ups! I wouldn't be surprised to see Ward got a Scotland call up now either! And then AS FINAL MOCKERY!, he has Holt paraded out in front of us, before refusing to bring him on until its too late, a clear mirroring of the English defeat at the Battle of Ancrum Moor, showing the English's inability to deploy their heavy troops until too late in the day. Look at this video evidence for the final damning proof of Lamberts hatred. On the promotion winning day Lambert appears at first to wave to the fans, but a closer look reveals that hes actually GIVING THEM ALL THE FINGER! (he's using the reverse five-finger method, presumably for ease of manouvering and the sheer numbers of people hes trying to insult) Luckily the players notice and quickly suppress him, pinning him to the floor. Excellent post, and something that I've thought for a while now, but haven't posted for fear of being thought insane! Between you and me, I think he may also have been involved in the faked USA "moon landings" that we all know never happened, and I have also heard that there is photo(shopped) evidence that he arrived in Norwich by UFO, piloted by Elvis Presley... When I look to the skies and see the chem-trails I think, "Damn you Lambert, and your quest to destroy every thing quintessentially English", and I despair at the way that he has so easily infiltrated my club's local rivals and set them on the path to ruination... But don't tell anyone else, Battersea, they'll think we're mad...
