PL Fixtures today Arsenal v Swansea Fulham v Tottenham Liverpool V Southampton Man City v Everton QPR v Aston Villa Reading v Man Utd West Brom v Stoke West Ham v Chelsea Obviously the QPR v Villa game is of interest to us - who do we want to win? Can Swansea and Saints keep up their decent form at tough away venues? Championship fixtures Bolton v Ipswich Bristol City v Wolves Crystal Palace v Brighton Huddersfield v Leeds United Leicester v Derby Millwall v Charlton Nottm Forest v Hull Peterborough v Blackpool Watford v Barnsley Can the binmen get anything at improving Bolton? Will Wolves sink in to further trouble near the bottom of the league? In case you hadn't noticed, Millwall are currently in 5th place! Can their long unbeaten run continue today? Blackpool look to be in free-fall, can POSH take advantage? What game will you be watching at 3pm today? I will probably watch the QPR game although the Arsenal v Swans looks an attractive proposition.
Good round up Thai. QPR Villa will be interesting... I'm convinced PL is going to get them firing and out of trouble soon enough. They're improving bit by bit and I think it's a bad time for QPR and Arry to meet them. They'll be desperate for a first win and I don't think they're going to get it today. Other one I'll be looking out for is Liverpool Saints. Not been following Championship much but hope to hear a glowing report about Butterfield giving 1p5wich the run around.
My hope for the QPR Villa game is a nil nil with greater that 4 red cards. So mass brawl would be good.
Don't forget guys, we have the FA Cup 2nd round today as well! No local interest unfortunately but still a big day for the non league boys
Shame there was no link for the Leeds game today. 4-2 up in the dying minutes at Huddersfield. Would have been better than West Ham v Chelsea.
Butterfield has been dropped which is a shame, was hoping to see him give the binners a footballing lesson!
Maybe it's a cunning move to prevent Ipswich creating atmosphere? Clearly he'll get booed a lot, which could turn into Ipswich fans actually creating an atmosphere for once, which could work against Bolton. Hopefully though they'll bring him on after an hour so he can tear a tired defence to pieces and score.
