The Saturday Competition - August 13th

    For those who enjoy a leisurely Saturday competition. Simple rules. You have £100 to play with on the televised races below.

    You may either choose your bets before racing or you can bet throughout the afternoon as much as you like provided you still have at least £1 left. Win and ew single bets only allowed with winnings calcualted at SP. If you wish to do doubles and trebles they will be carried out as individual bets on an "if cash" basis.(ie a £10 ew double will be treated as a single £10 ew bet with any winnings split equally as a separate ew bet on the next selection, in time order). Please ensure all bets are posted before the off time. If you have indicated a double or treble I will place the second/third legs on if there is any cash from the preceding leg. Sorry, no other type of bets allowed in this competition.

    Well a very disappointing entry for this competition. Just when I was on fire. That's the way it goes. I won't embarrass myself by publishing the result. Maybe the Saturday competition is not worth continuing.

    I'll run the Betting Competition and the Other Competition for the Ebor Meeting.

    Did indeed ron! Although I got out on 49!!! Came half way down the pitch tried to hit for 6 and missed the ball by a mile and was stumped lol. Oh well

    Yea well done! nice lil e/w on telwar. It was typical I backed Census when Brown Panther beat him and then I back Brown Panther and Census beat him lol
