Lloyds are denying that they're blocking the sale of Rangers to Craig Whyte.

Lloyds denies demanding pay-off fee.

I've got to say that I can't see how it would be in their interests to hold up the sale.

Like most people, I'm fed up with this story and wish they would just sort it out one way or the other.

Someone is being economical with the truth, and as you said I don't see what Lloyds have to gain by drawing this out.

it seems to me the problem is the uncertainty over the hidden tax bills hidden somewhere in murrays companies ; lots of money that didnt exist was spent and now the taxmans shouting `cause he wants his dough

I reckon the takeover has never been closer, and I know that counts for ****-all, but I do think that Whytes talkks with Walter and his appearance at the PSV game counts for something.

I just hope this isn't our Michael Knightly moment.

I do hope that he's the real deal, I wouldn't trust Murrays judge of character as any type of barometer.

It'll be interesting to find out what the hold up is regarding the takeover, but we'll probably never find out.
