Early i know but we have all been estimating where we would finish and looking at a magical number between 38-42 points to feel secure. I thought it might be interesting to trial an end of season prediction table

Not sure how I got such a gap between us and WBA/Palace as I actually didn't predict us to win that many more games!

I can see Sunderland needing something on the final day to stay up - every other team around them will be hoping we field a strong team!

Interesting to note that looking at those who have predicted a final points total, we are already safe with 36!

 

In our previous season in the Premiership 36 points would have been enough, but, a couple of seasons before West Ham were relegated with 41 or 42 points
I believe this season we are capable of around 60 points

 

West Ham got 42, But that was a one off the next was about 39 .We have won 10 from 26 to get 60 we will need to win 7 and 3 draws or 8 from 12 we have more chance of winning the FA Cup.
