I have to say though, whats concerning me with Rodgers is his scape goating of players.
For all the management "genius" that he was labelled with last season for "taming" Suarez, this season he seems to be scapegoating individual players as reasons for their poor results.

He isnt the only one too, he is the third manager to scape goat an individual player in as many weeks.
First Hodgson on Sterling, then Redknapp on Taraabt, now Rodgers on Balotelli.

If Pool has been 3-0 up at half time he wouldn't be saying dick about Mario swapping shirts with anyone.

Though swapping at half time is baffling I have to say, why not just do it at the end?
