Former Fulham striker Barry Hayles signs for Chesham United

He scored twice on his Chesham debut as the Generals beat Berkhamsted last night.

After scoring 36 goals over the last two seasons for Conference South side Truro City, the former Premiership striker has signed for Andy Leese's men.

Now 40, the ex-Fulham man was straight into the action by notching a double as Chesham won 3-1.

Shame, he could have taught all the 32yo whipper snappers a thing or two.
