This has been touched upon so many times this season but I'm gonna discuss it again. For us to get better we need to get sess position sorted. For me he is best drifting out to the left & cutting in. At present we rely on him creatively too much, & everything goes through him as he's our link up player between midfield & attack. I suggest we play a 433 formation which could be 451 when defensive. This way we don't rely on sess for everything & he doesn't need to drop back loads to cover left back should he be playing wide in a 442. .........................Fletcher ..........sess.............................AJ ..........Gardner.....Catts......Larsson Rose......Cuerllar..........JO............Bardsley .............................Mig. As where not blessed with midfielders no doubt people will debate on Larsson, but this could be Colback or Vaughan as non are setting the world a light. Also Whickam would go straight in for Fletcher for cover & the system still works.
