From this week he’ll be paying half of our food bill when we eat out. He’s been one of the big positives in the whole C-19 Chinese flu debacle. The fact the press haven’t tried to savage him says a lot. Deffo gonna be a PM one day. love the bloke.
Think the whole job protection via furlough and now economic stimulus has been done really well. Will be interesting to see what happens as the furlough scheme is phased out. I suspect that a lot of companies have used it to put off the inevitable and unemployment will soar towards the year end.

Well I hope that Johnson is the last Tory PM I see in my lifetime, so with any luck Sunak will never be PM.

People praising him yet it took a footballer to get free school breaks for children during the 6 weeks holiday but all long as you get a cheap meal everything is all A OK. Jeez. I get your point but I think the aim was to stimulate the economy and help an industry that employed thousands of people and was in grave risk of collapse, rather than give people a free meal. It is certainly a better scheme than just giving a grant to the restaurant. i agree with you though that in a society/country like the UK it's a disgrace that anybody goes hungry or homeless.
