Benoit Assou-Ekotto is due to return to training next week! http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n...t-assou-ekotto-verge-tottenham-return-186558? We've missed him badly and with the news that Parker's on his way back, that would only leave Kaboul on our long-term injury list. The big Frenchman should be due back next month too, so we'd finally have our full squad to select from.
Fantastic news!! There are a few out the who never imagined he would be missed quite so much. Hopefully, he will be more widely appreciated on his return.
Best news I've heard today. Maybe we'll stop conceding late goals now. LOL. When I saw Spurs in Baltimore, Beni was the highlight, taking the ball off every Liverpool player who came anywhere near him. Plus I've always like Cameroon since I saw them play Iraq in the Olympics...long story...
But that is all part of the mystery that is BAE...what the feck is doing? Does anyone know? Does he Know?
Welcome! Welcome! The man from the left bank of football and left of centre style. Yay Benny! please log in to view this image
Harry once said of Benny, words to the effect., 'He'll turn up on match day and play great, but he won't know who we're playing till someone tells him. Thats how he is. He's unreal. He walks off and he's thinking about the music he's going to play when he puts his headphnes on.' I say., What the hell.., you just have to love characters like Benny.
Oh, FFS Tots!! Walker has been directly responsible for 4/5 conceded goals this season alone, which is more than Benny in his entire career at Spurs. Eccentric he may be - that arguably is part of his charm - but his apparent errors and loss of concentration have always been exaggerated by some. My only concern is that he has been out for a significant length of time and hope he comes back like the old Benny!!
