Have to say I don't want any team to go down. Will select those I think will go down, but I have nothing against any of them. Leicester and Burnley are as good as gone. I think Sunderland could be dragged down with them. Tempted to say Everton - as they can't buy a win at the moment, but they have so many good players, they must fire for a while this season.
There's normally at least one side down there that I really want to see relegated, but none of them are particularly offensive this season. The current bottom three deserve to be there at the moment, though. I think that they're suffering from the Europa League, as much as anything. Playing in Kiev probably won't help that.
I quite like the idea of Villa going down. We have remembered their gloating when we went down. We expect it from the mackems but not some other random club. Sherwood is pretty annoying too so I think it would be nice for them. I've chosen Sunderland because it would be funny but the reality is I'm not really sure I like the idea of not having a derby. I went for Everton, I just can't get away with Martinez and the Martinez love in which took place while at Wigan. I don't mind their fans though so bit harsh really. I reckon it will be Burnley, Leicester and QPR though. I'd quite like to see Burnley stay up. The mackems are well capable of finding a way through the trap door what with Pooyet being so stubborn and having a penchant for draws.
I think Burnley will get out of it and it will be QPR, Villa and Leicester. I like Chris Ramsey a lot but feel the deficiencies Redknapp has left us with are too much to overcome and our run-in looks tough. Really hope Villa go down after three years of living in Birmingham. Absolute minge of a football club, fans and manager.
Long way to go yet. It looks too far back for Leicester, but the other two could come from any of the next five or so. Villa had one fortunate win, but they haven't looked capable of scoring goals all season and it's usually a team with a lack of firepower that ends up succombing. Burnley and QPR both have goalscorers in their teams - that could save one or both.
Funny, because it wasn't so long ago that PESKIE and Mini-Me4 were suggesting that the Spanners were engaged in a power-shift with Spurs. I know! You couldn't make it up!
Oh Dear Remember HIAG, it is according to your own logic (that the gap only needs to close) that power is now shifting from Spurs to West Ham. You said that, nobody else. What is funny - is that as a result you're taking the piss out of yourself now.
I'm afraid that you have fallen victim to your own hook again HIAG : This is based on your logic that Spurs are closer to Arsenal than they were. So West Ham being closer to Spurs than they were meets the same criteria and thus (according to your logic) the power is shifting to West Ham from Spurs. QED
It would probably be less painful for you HIAG, rather than digging that hole, if you just beat yourself over the head with the shovel instead.
You keep coming up with all this "according to your own logic" nonsense, and then using that to put words in my mouth, in a desperate attempt to wind me up, but you end up simply making yourself look foolish. You've played this card - what? - about 20 times, already, so regular posters will know that they're going to hear you come out with it at least another 230 times before you get even close to tiring of it. And you wonder why you are one of the least popular posters on this site?
