So we've now set another record for the most away wins in our history, presumably this is since the fixtures went to 46 games after the Prem was reduced to 20 teams though, but even so its a remarkable milestone.

We've also come mighty close to the 100 point mark which is also a record as is winning a title and a cup in the same season.

What a fantastic achievement by SC and all the team.

Good on you boys, you've exceeded my wildest dreams and I am one happy supporter after the recent seasons of poor performances and relegation.

We are a club on the up if wise investment is made to continue the momentum without ruining the obvious spirit in the squad.

Every neutral that talks to me down here says how much we deserve it - by far the best team in the league

They laugh when I say that part of all of us were waiting for it to all go horribly wrong, because that's what normally happened to us

They also say that they fancy us to do well next season - young hungry team etc etc

I agree absolutely although at times I have been frustrated because we seem to play better away from home. There is however a significant gap between the Championship and League 1. Much will now depend on how well we strengthen the squad and that will fall to the Director of Recruitment and SC. I predict a top half finish and after a year we can push on.

Will you two just agree to disagree ffs ? Its getting really old really quick. It's simple, don't respond to each other ?

My personal feeling is that we need to strengthen big time if we're to compete in the Championship

When we were in the CCC (as was) last time we were an unknown quantity but this time around we're famous or maybe infamous.

We owe the likes of Blackburn, Ipswich and Leeds from our last stay in the second tier. Leeds especially.... it isn't going to be easy having watched the Championship this season.

I don't know. I've seen quite a few games on the telly and they were awful, still have my doubt about how well we'll do next season though. Think it'll be lower half.

I think the art of doing well next season is not to tweak too much, only where needed and has to be that much better....careful not to disrupt what we have, a winning formula!

    Agreed.
Without any changes I think we are mid table championship - with the RIGHT tweaking we will be right up there with the promotion pack.

Let's not fail where GJ failed

We need to make sure we build a squad of younger players and develop them into a magic team instead of loan signings and old players on the way down in order not to sink back down.

Without significant changes we wont score many goals and we will start losing a lot more games than the 5 defeats we've seen this season
