Lets see if the club back him over this. For me it'll be the true test of how keen the board are to back the man and his vision for the future of the club.

Better training facilities would allow him to develop the players already at the club and reduce the need to dip into the transfer market as often.

Been impressed with him, he doesn't seem to have any agenda beyond improvement week-on-week

    I provided a link you lazy ****. <whistle>

He wants a full-size indoor pitch as the current one is small & ****. Means he doesn't have to change his training methods when the weather is pish.

The fact we don't have one already but have spunked £5m on Balde and Pukki tells you all you need to know about how the club was being run previously.

Have we already agreed to build this ****er, but Lawwell has pulled the strings to make it look as if it's Ronny's idea to build it, instead of buying?

It's cheaper to maintain a building than it is to pay a couple of recognised footballers.

Why didn't we do this when we built the thing in the first place?

Still it's better than the wi-fi and kerrydale bar ****e we got last year!

Aye no way Lawwell hasn't already thought of that. "Why are yies moaning, the manager wanted to build it", all the while he's saving £2m a year in wages on a couple of duds.

According to the article Strachan complained about the size of the indoor pitch as far back as 2008 <doh>

It makes sense to augment the facilities year-on-year. It's essentially the same thing as Deila improving the players.

Tommy Burns was disappointed a full size indoor pitch wasn't in the original plans for Stateaidsville.

Ronnie wants a pitch under a dome?

I've just been on holiday to the French Alps and we went to Italy for the day. Just over the border, one of the first things you see in Italy is exactly what Ronnie should base the new training pitch on........
