http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19842397 Some interesting information here. For cheapest and most expensive season tickets we are half way in both categories in Championship. However, prices are suppressed at present by Pistol Pete's 5 year offer for early purchases. 5 Prem clubs have lower cheapest seat costs with only 3 having lower most expensive prices - including Swansea. It is more expensive to sit in the cheapest seats in 5 Div. 1 clubs and even 2 Div. 2 clubs charge more!!!! Now those are rip offs.
yes, middle of the road, pretty much what you'd expect. looking at the london premiership clubs, they operate on a different price bracket but then again london has left the rest of the UK behind in terms of its economy so thats to be expected, they also cater for a more corporate audience........ i think in these economic times there is more scrutiny on the prices, which is a good thing, some clubs treat supporters as supporters and others as customers, like man united for example, i'd say we are treated as supporters and the prices are very reasonable here at the CCS, and well done to the club for that. i'm happy with what i pay to go to games and thats the proof of the pudding.......
Nothing is cheap these days. Whatever you do and wherever you go, by the time you get there (petrol / diesel is a big percentage of any day out) have a drink and a bite, there's a dent made in your wallet.
