It goes with out saying that the world in which we live is unlike any other. Silicon Valley led mass media has changed the way we live our lives. One of the interesting things about this new existence, is the way we seem to drifting away from first hand interactions with society. I think it's called compartmentalised life. If we don't want company, we can get our cultural fix from the mass media. Of course this can be a real plus, but it also has it's down side. It seems that a survey in the US has found that a lot of teenage boys take the easy way out when it comes to sex. Instead of going out with a girl, they would rather jack off to downloaded porn. The Internet is a wonderful thing, but with 100,000 illegal porn sites in cyberspace, is it time to rein in the monster, or do we let it continue to run free?
