Talks down to people at the club. He takes forever to sign things of/ respond to people. He is a major stumbling block with transfers apparently.

The problem is the time he has in, 15 years plus. He pre dates Ashley and I think Ashley must mike him. Gonna be an awkward dismissal. If Ashley is staying I reckon he'll change things in the summer regardless of Tuesday. He'll more likely put someone in between him and Rafa responsible for transfers. However Ashley runs lean so Lee may have to go. There is not really a sideways move for him.
Ashley could gain popularity if he did sack Charnley. He may have been at the club for a while but he is clearly incompetent.
