Masuaku trying to prove that there is a LB out there who might be worse than Moreno.

PS. One of many yellow cards that Noble will pick up this season for backchat.

I posted this in the transfer thread which it isn't really so:

Middlesbrough have agreed a season-long loan deal for Arsenal defender Calum Chambers, report Sky Sports. The 21-year-old joined the Gunners from Southampton for £16m in July 2014 and has played 59 times for Arsene Wenger's side.

Given the circumstances as they are right now, a good move for all concerned.

But you do wonder if he feels his career has gone backwards compared ot when he left us

(I know Boro are ahead of us in the table at the moment...)

Be interesting to see how he progresses. I thought Arsenal was a good move, but they really aren't as good as people say about bringing on youngsters. I suspect because they can't give them the time....foreign youngsters are usually ahead physically of British kids.

Damn forgot about him. Just their defence that needs work I think.

No real rumours about that they're looking for defenders that I can think of. I reckon Pep feels he can work with what he's got, especially with Bravo coming in.

I feel it will happen next season tbh. I can see both lbs and rbs going. I reckon they will try for Alaba.

Well if all had gone well he would have been first choice right back last season after Clynes departure.

Think he would have been a good move for us, but understand with a loan and the potential politics of his departure that it might not have worked out too well
