It is. Jack Cork would come on to take his place in midfield. Seamless.
Er.....wouldn't Morgan go in goal if we had no subs left to use?

Well ok I wasn't aware of that, but frankly that's a daft rule that should be changed. If you can book a player after an advantage is played, there's no reason you can't allow a quick free-kick to be taken before a card is shown.Right lets clear this up. When you give a free kick and intend to caution someone, the law states: "Once the referee has decided to issue a card, whether to caution or send off a player, play must not be restarted until the sanction has been administered." So Atkinson was spot on.
Well actually TSS, the only way Morgan would go in goal is if we'd used all our subs, so we couldn't bring Cork on!
Edit: Tom's already made this point, sorry.

Not surprisingly Riether is the first person to be charged under the FA's new slightly relaxed retrospective punishment rules.

Ah yes, him. Don't understand why the spanker seems to have gotten away with it.
Fairly sure it was also Riether who slapped Dejan's arse.
Everton's manager has suggested that teams should get an extra sub if a player has to go off with concussion. How is that different from a player having to go off with a broken leg for instance? You could still have to go down to 10 men if you'd used your subs already. Don't know what he's going on about.
