I don’t think Tim Brexit-Gummidge, Sucker Dyson or Crispin “Odious” Odey have ever put even a crumb on my table.

I wasn’t referring to entrepreneurs, I was referring to chancers.

Hedge fund managers in particular do not contribute anything. They don’t manufacture, design, build or create a damn thing. They just gamble with other people’s money - nice work if you can get it.

Sorry my estimate appears to have been out by quite some way - the latest figures suggest that there were over 2 million there yesterday.

The “will of the people” is now to remain.
An advisory referendum held several years ago is clearly now irrelevant. If Brexit passes it would seem that we are living in a dictatorship.

You may well be right Steve but 2 million protestors falls some way short of proving the point, especially when you look at the referendum vote map. Still a lot of people though

2m marchers beats 17.5m voters... not sure how that works.
The referendum is now irrelevent...does not seem to be if you watch the news everyday.
Living in dictatorship...you could live in Syria, Iran, SA if you want to experience a dictatorship, we are certainly not one but you seem to live in cuckoo land.

Boris knew exactly what he was doing. The Benn Law was Parliament’s decision’s ideal not the Government’s decision – the only people that the EU can negotiate with are the Government! So sending them the Remainer crap was pointless.

The Left on here continue to argue for more Left failure but that is their right – we do not live in their totalitarian failure yet.

We can see the totally lunatic Left on here every day of the week – they have no work to go to so they want to end society.

The Remainer crap on here is totally pointless – just like them.

    Oh dear, naughty Boris again.
He's sent an unsigned letter to the EU requesting an extension, along with a signed letter saying it's not in their best interests to grant an extension

Joanna Cherry QC, an SNP MP who has been involved in bringing proceedings to court, has said “Our legal team are instructed to remind the court that as well as promising to comply with the letter of the Benn Act, the PM also promised not to seek to frustrate the purpose of the legislation.

“It will be for the court to decide whether his actions in failing to sign the letter of request and sending a letter setting out his contrary intentions are in breach of the undertakings he gave them or a contempt of court.”

If the three judges find Mr Johnson has failed to uphold the law, they could find him in contempt, with potential punishments including a fine or even a jail sentence.

    Probably a £5 fine <laugh>

Do you work QM? If I was your employer I might be concerned by the amount of time you spend composing your little outbursts on here...

Probably don't help develop private pensions for hard working people to subsidise the meagre state pension either. Too busy eating babies <laugh>

I worked in it for many years. You wouldn’t know it I can’t cut and paste a simple document, anyway. Hedge funds and charities were our best customers they spent loads and always the best gear and services.

Rumour has it the SNP and Liberals are planning to table a new amendment to the Withdrawal Act today. The "Don't Act" mandates that the entire Parliament building has to be renovated, followed by a confirmatory referendum on the new seats in the House of Commons (the so-called "slouch-free" model) before a meaningful vote on the Withdrawal Act can be held.
